The salon is clean and professional, and the staff friendly. Tori is a relatively new stylist, but does an outstanding job. She's a self-described perfectionist and it shows. She's extra careful and attentive, providing me with the exact cut and style I was wanting. She's the best!
Tori did an amazing job on my long overdue highlight and 4-5 inch chop! She was focused, meticulous and super friendly. We took my Aunt Karen to see Ryan at Don Frank Salon and he was amazing! A little background…my Aunt Karen has Alzheimer’s Disease and was recently put into a nursing home. We wanted to take her out of the home for a bit to get a professional wash and cut, but we knew it could be challenging. Ryan volunteered to come into the salon to do her hair the next day and it was perfect! He was so kind, gentle and patient with her.
